The Grouped Comprehensive Operation And Management Cockpit

The digital operation management platform displays real-time data on operation status, production costs, energy consumption, produced water quality, and quantity of multiple water plants, making comprehensive monitoring and integrated management of all the water plants owned by one party.

Water Plant Cockpit

The water plant cockpit is a real-time data display platform that monitors process conditions and operation indicators, comprehensively displays the operation outcome. The information displayed in each module can be customized according to demands.

Operating Condition Management and System Self-Inspection

Real-time evaluation of operation status, operation decision optimization, and automatic control system instructions are realized through process simulation, expert system modeling, and neural network models. Water production is scheduled by analyzing massive databases using complex algorithms, replacing the traditional decision-making process, achieving unmanned operation and highly efficient management.

Intelligent Security Management

The intelligent inspection and security protection functions include working condition inspection based on computer vision technology via virtual robots, as well as physical perception inspection based on multiple sensors including video surveillance, access control, and smoke detection, aiming to achieve intelligent analysis, fault diagnosis and early warning of the operation status of the treatment processes.

Confined Space Management

According to the national and regional technical specifications and guidance for confined space operation safety, a standardized management process for digital confined space operations has been developed and customized, equipping the digital platform with four main functions - standardization, monitoring, assistance, and rescue - to ensure the safety and normalization of confined space operations.

Refined Management

The refined management function provides maintenance plans tailored to each piece of equipment, ensuring regular tasks such as upkeep and dosing are completed on time with high quality. Lists of maintenance tasks are displayed on the screen regularly for reminders.

Data Asset Management Center

The platform builds comprehensive databases for all production and operation data, regarded as the company's core data assets. Standardization, capitalization, and service-oriented functions of data are achieved via unified management and application of data assets.
